We exist primarily to provide study bursaries to young Italians as a way to acknowledge the courage and sacrifice of the Italian people who rescued so many Allied servicemen on the run in World War Two. The Trust is also active in promoting research into Allied activity in Italy in the war and has a valuable archive of PoW memoirs.
