New student co-ordinator

The Trust is looking to fill the role of Student Co-ordinator, who organises the travel and homestay arrangements of young Italians granted study bursaries in the UK.

Bugle Call to Freedom

On 9 September the Trust published Bugle Call to Freedom, a translation of L’Orizzonte del Campo by Marco Minardi. This is the first account in English of the mass escape at Fontanellato from the perspectives of both the prisoners of war and the local population. Click below for details of how to buy the book.

Golf marathon

Golfer Graham Jones, son of a PoW, raised funds for MSMT by playing 72 holes in a day.
